Services

DesignLogicNetwork provides UI/UX architecture, product interface design, customer onboarding journey mapping, and data-dense dashboard engineering services. All services are delivered per explicitly contracted Statements of Work (SOW) executed between the Client and DesignLogicNetwork.

Intellectual Property

Upon complete settlement of all agreed commercial invoices, DesignLogicNetwork assigns all worldwide intellectual property rights in client-specific software deliverables, design tokens, and digital assets directly to the Client. Pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, and tooling remain the property of DesignLogicNetwork.

Payment Terms

Invoices are payable within 14 calendar days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the SOW. Late payments incur a statutory interest rate of 9 percentage points above the European Central Bank base rate. DesignLogicNetwork reserves the right to suspend work on any project where payments are overdue by more than 7 days.

Limitation of Liability

DesignLogicNetwork's total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of Halle (Saale), Germany.

Project Deposits

A project deposit of 50% of the total agreed fee is required before work commences. This deposit is non-refundable once the discovery and architecture phase has begun, as resources and engineering hours are allocated immediately upon engagement.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a project is cancelled before any work has commenced, a full refund of the deposit will be issued within 14 business days. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to [email protected].

Cancellation During Project Execution

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the Client will be invoiced for all work completed up to the date of cancellation. Any overpayment relative to completed milestones will be refunded within 14 business days. Work completed and delivered prior to cancellation remains the Client's property upon settlement of applicable invoices.

Service Dissatisfaction

If the delivered work materially deviates from the agreed Statement of Work, the Client must notify DesignLogicNetwork in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. We will review the claim and, where justified, undertake reasonable remediation at no additional cost. If remediation is not feasible, a partial refund proportional to the deviation may be issued at DesignLogicNetwork's discretion.

Retainer Services

Monthly retainer services may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. No refund is issued for the current billing period in which notice is given. Future billing ceases at the end of the notice period.

Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and financial institution involved.
